We would much appreciate, if possible, that you send us the source document in editable form, either . PDF or Word format. The Law Court does not accept snapshots of certificates to be legalised.
The document is to be legible in all its parts (front and verso, if any) and sent with a cover letter if there are special notes to the translator.
Normally, a photocopy of the original document will do, but some documents have to be legalised in the original. This is the case of CNI (Certificate of No Impediment or Nulla Ostas) and other documents. In this case sending has to be guaranteed through a recorded delivery. All legalised documents will be sent to you as a recorded fast delivery letter. You receive it in 24 or 48 hours.
